Bruichladdich The Organic 2011 is a single malt made entirely from organically grown Scottish barley and certified by the Biodynamic Association. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled slowly in tall, narrow-necked stills and matured in American oak. It is described as having a delicate floral character and a clear expression of flavour.
Tasting notes mention creamy vanilla, fudge, honeyed citrus, ripe fruit and delicate spices.
