Bruichladdich – The Organic Scottish Barley

Bruichladdich The Organic Scottish Barley was first released for travel retail. It is made entirely from organic Scottish-grown barley, sourced from Mid Coul, Coulmore and Mains of Tullibardine farms, and aged only in first-fill bourbon casks. The nose opens with light almond and a twist of candied lemon, followed by toasted barley. The palate has a notable texture and upfront sweetness, with honey, green jelly beans and pear drops, and hints of crisp citrus.
