A light, easy-drinking frizzante white from Rubicone. Citrus, white flowers, apple and ripe pear lead the nose, with fine lively bubbles and a slender palate. Fresh but measured acidity and a hint of salinity keep the finish clean and pleasantly persistent. Serve well chilled at 6-8 C with antipasti, fish, seafood, summer salads, fresh cheeses or an aperitif.
