Chardonnay Rubicone IGT from Brusa is a white wine with an immediate, direct aromatic profile. It shows white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apple, fresh citrus and a light accent of white flowers, giving a clear, pleasant bouquet. Medium-bodied, it has a fragrant cleanliness and lively freshness that balance the softness of the palate. In the mouth it shows balanced texture, with sapidity lengthening the finish and a pleasant gustatory persistence. A hint of marine sapidity and light herbaceous notes add dynamism. It pairs with raw seafood, seafood starters, steamed fish, light white meats and fresh cheeses, and is also pleasant as an aperitif. Serve cold, around 10-12 C.
