A Trebbiano Rubicone IGT from Brusa, bright straw yellow in colour with a sober aromatic profile of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a hint of fresh herbs. The palate is smooth, with moderate body and a persistent finish, while the wine remains dry and linear. It is suggested with seafood, fish starters, pasta with vegetables, light white meats and as an aperitif, served cold at around 8-10 C.
