Pinot Bianco Rubicone IGT - Brusa

A sober, elegant white wine from Brusa, with an aromatic profile built on clarity rather than complexity. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, delicate flowers and clear citrus accents. The palate is well balanced, with lively freshness, contained softness and medium body, while sapidity in the mid-palate gives drive and a pleasant persistence that leaves the palate clean. It is versatile with light dishes such as boiled or grilled fish, shellfish, seafood salads and fresh cheeses, and is best served slightly cool, around 10-12 °C.
