Brusa Sangiovese Rubicone IGT is a red wine in a 1500 ml bottle. It has a medium-intensity ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, light floral nuances and spicy hints. The palate shows delicate tannins, balance between body and freshness, and a harmonious persistence. It pairs easily with tomato pasta, meat sauces, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, white meats and light grilled dishes. Serve at cellar temperature and decant briefly if a softer style is preferred.
