Buffalo Trace – Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship bourbon of the Buffalo Trace distillery, made from corn, rye and malted barley. It comes at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The bourbon is aged in new oak barrels and batched from no more than 40 barrels at a time. The barrels mature on the middle floors of the warehouses, where the temperature fluctuates most. The nose is spicy and sweet, with caramel, toffee, cinnamon and cereal sweetness. On the palate come brown sugar, toffee apple, sweet oak, custard and a touch of chocolate-covered raisins. The finish is long and smooth.
