Bulleit Bourbon (1L, 45%)

Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is inspired by a 19th-century family recipe that Tom Bulleit revived in the late 20th century. The mash bill is 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley, and the bourbon is aged in heavily charred American white oak barrels. The nose is warm vanilla and honey with gentle oak, dried fruit and baking spices. The palate has bold rye spice, caramel and toasted oak, with sweet maple and nutmeg. The finish is long, dry and spicy.
