Bumbu Craft Rum is a Caribbean rum blended from sugarcane rums sourced across eight countries, including Barbados, Belize, Brazil and Guyana. It is aged up to 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels and handcrafted using a traditional 16th-17th-century Caribbean recipe with native spices. It is typically bottled at around 35% ABV. The rum is warm amber in colour and has a smooth, moderately spiced profile.
Tasting Notes
Madagascar vanilla, caramel and toasted oak.
Cinnamon, roasted nuts, allspice, banana, chocolate and molasses.
Medium-length, gently spicy and mildly sweet, with pepper, mint and plum.
