This Bunnahabhain was distilled in 2009 and aged for more than 12 years in a sherry butt. It is a Scotch single malt, bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is briny, with stroopwafel over a mug of milky English breakfast tea. The palate is bright and warm, with a malty feel, rich tea biscuits, light marmalade and salted caramel. The finish lingers with light caramel, nutmeg spice and a touch of olive brine.
