Bunnahabhain – 1990 Alambic Classique 30 Years Old Oloroso Sherry Cask 20027 (70cl, 58.6%)

This is a 30 year old single malt from Bunnahabhain, the distillery on Islay near Port Askaig. It comes from the 1990 vintage and was bottled in 2020 as part of the Alambic Classique Rare & Old Selection, at 58.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in an Oloroso sherry cask, number 20027, and the cask gave 114 bottles. Bunnahabhain was founded in 1881 at the mouth of the Margadale, and it draws its water from the Margadale spring.
