This is a 21 year old Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2005 and matured in a sherry hogshead. It is part of the Càrn Mòr Celebration of the Cask range from Morrison Distillers.
It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The cask is described as adding warmth and depth to a gentle, fruit-led whisky, with cooked apples, stewed orchard fruits and rich honeycomb sweetness.
