Bunnahabhain – Eirigh Na Greine

Eirigh Na Greine is a small batch Bunnahabhain whose name is Gaelic for 'morning sun'. It was originally made for travel retail. Most of the whisky matured in Italian and French red wine casks. Its amber-gold colour is meant to recall the sun rising over the distillery. The tasting notes combine Bunnahabhain's usual roasted nuts and fruit with hints of sea salt and smoke, alongside sweet, intense and gently spicy flavours from the red wine casks.
