Bunnahabhain – Mòine (46.3%)

Bunnahabhain Mòine is an Islay single malt made from 100% peated spirit, a smoky counterpart to the distillery's better-known unpeated whiskies. It is matured in a higher proportion of bourbon casks alongside Oloroso sherry casks, and is bottled at 46.3% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration. The nose brings coastal smoke, vanilla, oak and gentle spice. On the palate there is earthy peat, sweet malt, citrus and subtle sherry, with honey, vanilla and soft oak from the bourbon casks.
