Bunnahabhain – (Staoisha) 2014-2025 10 Year Old Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition 61 (70cl, 57.1%)

This is Staoisha, the peated Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 at 10 years old by Signatory Vintage. It is Edition 61 of their 100 Proof range, a small batch bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle, the strength that equals 100 proof in the old imperial system. It has no added colouring and is not chill filtered. The whisky matured in a mix of first fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts. Bunnahabhain now devotes half of its annual production to peated spirit.
