Bunnahabhain – Trì Seudan

Bunnahabhain Trì Seudan is an unpeated single malt from Islay. The name is Scottish Gaelic for 'the three jewels', and it refers to the three sherry casks used to complete it. Amontillado adds deep, nutty notes, Fino brings freshness and a little saltiness, and Pedro Ximénez adds richness and natural sweetness. The nose is lively, with sea breeze, lemon peel, crisp nuts, dried apricots and a hint of roasted barley. The palate has roasted hazelnuts, white peach skin and polished oak, with salted caramel, fresh grapefruit and dried chamomile. The finish brings salty sea breeze and lemon peel, with toasted oak and gentle spice.
