The Smooth Talker is a Canadian whisky from Burwood, crafted in Calgary and inspired by the sweet character of Southern corn bourbon. It is made with Alberta ingredients: corn, Canadian rye and raw Alberta honey. Corn sweetness is joined by a floral note and a lively touch of rye spice. On the nose, subtle floral aromas mix with sweet corn, caramel, honey and gentle grain. The palate is smooth and sweet with caramel, toffee and sweet corn, building to a mild rye-spice kick. The finish is warming, with lingering corn sweetness, caramel, gentle spice and a faint floral quality.
