A 10-year-old Irish single malt from Bushmills, made from 100 per cent malted barley and bottled at 41% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured for at least ten years in carefully chosen casks in County Antrim. The colour is a warm amber gold.
The nose is floral, with ripe banana, milk chocolate, peach and apricot, and a faint touch of vanilla. On the palate, liquid honey and malt sugar come first.
