Bushmills – 15 Years Old Bourbon Cask (70cl, 46%)

This is a 15 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, triple distilled and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release in the Cask Reserve range, with Colum Egan named on the label as Master Distiller. The whiskey was matured in first-fill and second-fill bourbon casks. Oak and vanilla lead the nose, followed by green apple and apricot on the palate. The finish is warm, with spice, nuts and caramel.
