Bushmills 16 Year Old is an Irish single malt from Northern Ireland, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in three types of cask: bourbon, Oloroso sherry and port.
The nose offers honey, nuts and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate come rich dried fruit, a touch of spice and vanilla from the bourbon casks, followed by a warm, lingering finish with a touch of port sweetness.
