This is a 21 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It spent a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. The whiskey was then married and moved into Madeira casks for a further two years of maturation.
The flavour is described as dried fruit balanced by a spicy, aromatic maltiness, with subtle nutty raisin notes and a rich finish.
