Bushmills 25 Year Old is an Irish single malt whiskey, bottled in small batches at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured first in bourbon barrels and sherry butts, then spent 21 years in a first-fill ruby port pipe made from European oak. That long time in port wood is meant to bring dark fruit flavours to the whiskey.
