Bushmills 30 Year Old is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%.
The whisky spent 14 years maturing in bourbon barrels and sherry butts, then a further 16 years in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Those casks were seasoned with sherry for two years before being filled, using a sherry recipe the distillery's team chose in Spain to suit the whisky.
