Bushmills Black Bush is an Irish blended whiskey, made from malt and grain whiskey matured for five years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is lightly fruity, with a hint of toffee and spice. The palate is well balanced, with a citrus note and a subtle touch of biscuit and sherry. The finish is medium in length, with light tannin and a pleasant spiciness.
