Bushmills Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey from Bushmills in Northern Ireland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is triple-distilled and finished in Caribbean rum casks.
The rum finish brings a tropical character, with pineapple and mango on the nose alongside warm oak spices.
On the palate there are vanilla custard and cream, followed by a lingering finish of caramelised pineapple and papaya.
