Bushmills 16 Years is an Irish single malt whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It matured for 16 years in bourbon, port and sherry casks.
The nose opens with spicy cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet toffee. On the palate there is sweet honey with returning spice, along with caramelised peaches, walnuts and almonds. The finish carries a note of milk chocolate.
