Bushmills – Rare Irish Whiskey 21 Years (70cl, 40%)

Bushmills Rare 21 Years is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It spends 19 years maturing in ex-oloroso and ex-bourbon casks, which form the base of its aroma and flavour. A further two years in ex-Madeira casks finishes it. It is produced in limited batches and each bottle is numbered. The long maturation is said to give it rich, varied and complex aromas and flavours.
