Bushmills – Steamship Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey (1L, 40%)

Bushmills Steamship Bourbon Cask is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 1 litre bottle. It was matured in American white oak, custom-charred bourbon casks, reserved through a long-standing relationship with master coopers from Louisville, Kentucky. The nose opens with sweet vanilla, ripe pear and toasted oak, alongside prickles of oak spice and creme brulee. On the palate come orange zest, honey-drenched toast and tinned peaches. The finish is slightly drying and stays for a good while, with a touch more toasted oak.
