Bushmills – Steamship Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey (1L, 40%)

Bushmills Steamship Bourbon Cask is an Irish whiskey in a one-litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in American white oak bourbon casks, custom-charred and reserved through a long-standing relationship with master coopers from Louisville, Kentucky. The nose is sweet vanilla, ripe pear and toasted oak, with oak spices and creme brulee. On the palate come orange zest, honey-drenched toast and tinned peaches. The finish is slightly drying and lasts a good while, with a touch more toasted oak.
