Chairman's Stock 2025 is Batch 5 of the small-batch series from the independent bottler Cadenhead's. It is a single grain whisky bottled at 51.9% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtering. The series is built on casks chosen to reflect the range held in the Cadenhead's warehouses. The nose is warm, with vanilla, honey and caramel, ripe fruit, light citrus and gentle oak. The palate is full and round, with toffee, malty sweetness, soft dried fruit, a little spice and toasted wood. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, soft spice and oak.
