This is an 8 year old Glenglassaugh single malt from the Highlands, bottled by Cadenhead's at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Cadenhead's was founded in 1842. The whisky matured in bourbon casks and is bottled at natural colour and without chill-filtering.
The tasting notes list fresh green apples, crisp brandy snaps, malt and oats on the nose. The palate brings honeycomb, apple strudel, light spice and vanilla ice cream, and the finish offers juicy pears, vanilla pods and demerara sugar.
