This is a 37 year old Highland single malt from Cadenhead's Original Collection, distilled at a Highland distillery owned by the Moët Hennessy group. It matured in an ex-bourbon cask and was bottled in 2022 at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without colouring.
The nose is vanilla ice cream, raisins, pecan nut and peaches in syrup. The palate brings orange chocolate, Madeira cake and pleasant spice. The finish is creamy, with pistachio ice cream, cashews and peanut butter.
