Caisteal Chamuis is a 12 year old blended malt from Mossburn Distillers, made by combining whiskies distilled on the Scottish Islands in a traditional Hebridean style. After ageing it was finished in sherry butts, which add sweetness and warmth to the bold, peaty character. Smoke runs through the whisky in complex layers.
