CALI California Sipping Whiskey is a small batch American whiskey made by hand in a beach town distillery in California, from natural ingredients. It comes from a limited edition run.
The mash is built on corn and rye, and the whiskey is mellowed in oak before being finished with the distillery's own blend of herbs, spices and botanicals.
Baked pumpkin bread, orange peel and baked apple show on the nose. The palate brings nutmeg, allspice, molasses and dark bread.
