Callington Mill Anniversary 2026 is a Tasmanian single malt released for the distillery's seventh anniversary. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The distillery in Oatlands has made whisky since 2017, using locally malted barley and water from the Blackman River. For this release it chose first fill sherry casks together with Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez casks.
In the glass the whisky is a warm ochre. The nose brings dried apricot and ripe plum, with fine cinnamon and a hint of almond.
