Callington Mill El Sol is a Tasmanian single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It was matured in ex-sherry fortified wine barrels from Jerez in Spain, and is described as rich, smooth and well rounded. The aroma and flavour begin with dried fruits and crème brûlée, then move on to coffee, cacao and dark chocolate, with a lingering finish.
