Callington Mill Quagmire is a peated single malt whisky from Tasmania, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in sherry and port casks. Peat sits alongside campfire, vanilla and butterscotch on the nose. The palate offers caramel, toffee and honeycomb with a buttery, oily mouthfeel. The finish keeps the peat going, with sweet chocolate-coated almond and lingering cigar notes.
