Calumet Farm 17 Year Bourbon 100th Anniversary Release (58.5%)

This is a 17 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Calumet Farm, released to mark the brand's 100th anniversary. It was bottled at 58.5% ABV, without chill filtration, and comes in a glass decanter with a display box. The mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley. It is a one-off 2025 edition. The nose is caramel, aged oak and toasted vanilla, with hints of dark fruit and spice. On the palate come honey, butterscotch and seasoned oak, with cinnamon and baking spice. The finish is smooth and warming, with vanilla, toasted almonds and a little rye spice.
