Calumet Farm Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Western Spirits Beverage Company, blending 17 year old and 7 year old bourbons in a single batch of 50 barrels.
It was distilled and aged in Bardstown from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, and matured in deeply charred American oak. It is bottled at 86 proof (43%) by Three Springs Bottling Company in Bowling Green. This blend was named World's Best Bourbon Whiskey at the 2025 WSWA Wine and Spirits Tasting Competition.
The nose is sweet caramel and butterscotch with vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and rich, with banana bread, light brown sugar, a smoky char note and gentle rye spice. The finish is delicate, sweet and round, with lingering oak and baking spice.
