The nose combines toasted oak and soft caramel with warm vanilla and a touch of sweet corn. On the palate there is the warmth of spicy rye, a hint of butterscotch and a gentle sweetness like freshly baked bread. The finish is long and smooth, with smoked toffee and a mild pepper spice.
