This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Caol Ila, released as the Artist Collective 2010 edition in a 70cl bottle. It brings together peated malted barley and sherry wine, and the bottling is built around the complexity that has grown between the two.
The character is complex and peaty, with raisin, smoke, pepper and nuts. Fruit, chocolate, malt, iodine and spice are also described, along with floral touches.
