This is an 11 year old Caol Ila from the 2024 Special Release, bottled at 57.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is an un-peated expression from the Islay distillery.
The whisky was matured in refill casks and rejuvenated casks, including rejuvenated ex-wine casks, made from American and European oak.
On the palate it is full, sweet and malty, with fruity, spicy and smoky notes.
