This Caol Ila was distilled on 13 December 2010 and matured for 11 years in hogsheads. Signatory Vintage bottled it on 7 February 2022 at 43% ABV, without chill-filtering.
It is an Islay single malt of rich straw-gold colour. The nose shows spicy ginger, ripe apricots, vanilla and raisins. On the palate there is pepper, notes of mint, oranges and raisins, and the finish is long and buttery.
