Caol Ila – 2010 10 Years Old (Fable Chapter 1) (70cl, 57.3%)

This is a 10 year old Caol Ila single malt from Islay, bottled for Fable, an independent bottler. It is the Clanyard chapter in the first release of The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay, one of five single cask whiskies in that outturn. The whisky was distilled on 16 August 2010 and matured in a single ex-Bourbon hogshead until it was bottled on 27 July 2021 at a cask strength of 57.3%. It is non-chill-filtered, and 311 bottles were filled in a 70cl size.
