Falcon Cask is a whisky from Cardrona in New Zealand, put together from three hand-selected casks drawn from the distillery's oldest stocks and reduced to 52% abv.
It was released in an edition of 1501 bottles, each 70cl bottle presented in an oak frame.
The notes run to burnt toffee, vanilla cream, sun-scorched nectarine and pepper.
