Caroni 1996 20yo Trespassers is a Heavy Trinidad Rum distilled in 1996 from molasses and aged for 20 years. Selected and bottled by independent bottler Velier, it is the 35th release from the Caroni distillery in Trinidad. Bottled at 70.1% ABV, it is limited to 1493 bottles. The rum has an angel share of more than 85%. Its aromatic profile features tar, wood, vanilla, menthol and almond, while the palate brings woodiness, tar, vanilla, astringency and leather.
