A full proof heavy Trinidad rum distilled in 2000 at the lost Caroni distillery and fully matured on the Caribbean island. It was aged 17 years before bottling from single cask R4002, imported from Trinidad by Velier, with 221 bottles produced for Eataly. Angel share was 75%.
