Caskshare Collective Series Agitator 3 Year Old 2018 Swedish Whisky (70cl, 58.6%)

This is a 3 year old Swedish four grain whisky from Agitator Distillery, distilled in 2018. It was bottled by Caskshare as part of its artist-led Collective Series, at 58.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in a single white Port wine cask, which gives a sweetness of fruit, toffee and vanilla with lively spice. It is a limited release. The nose has vanilla toffee, sugared plums, orange blossom and raisins. On the palate come chewy toffee, ripe plums, apples and sultanas, with vanilla oak, ginger and orange zest. The finish moves from toffee and plum sweetness to oak spice, ginger and citrus zest.
