Cedar Ridge Rye Whiskey is an American rye from Cedar Ridge Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers baked apples, honey, toasted almonds and caramel, with clove, allspice and nutmeg. On the palate there is abundant fruit around a caramel core, with brown spice, oak, and touches of leather and black pepper. It is medium to full in body, with a rich fruit centre and a bright acidity.
